Service Description

Take the spin class out of the studio and onto the water. Hydro spin combines cycling and stand up paddle boarding for a unique outdoor fitness experience. The taster sessions will let you experience all elements of the unique water bike experience. We will start with a short introduction to gain your confidence on the bike followed by a HIT session before finishing off with a leisurely social cycle to cool down.
