World Heart Day is held on the 29th of September each year. 2022 is the 2nd 12 hour Water Cycle and offers individuals and teams the opportunity to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation while experiencing the unique Redshark water bikes on the River Bann in Coleraine Northern Ireland. The individual distance record is 35miles with prizes for best individual & team effort. All proceeds go towards the British Heart Foundation
